Top 6 Crypto Presales for June 2026 Highlighted by HTX
HTX dropped a "Top 6 Crypto Presales for June 2026" list, and predictably, it's a curated showcase of AI-integrated ecosystems and real-world asset tokenization plays — Nexchain and Mirex among the named picks.

What's in the basket
According to the HTX report, the six projects are positioned across two of crypto's loudest narratives right now: AI-integrated ecosystems and RWA tokenization. The only ones actually named in the source material are Nexchain and Mirex. That's not a typo — the "deep dive" from the exchange gives you six names and then only bothers identifying two. If the publisher can't be bothered to list them all, you shouldn't be bothered to ape in.
The second source in the feed, a MEXC piece on "Real Utility and Tokenization" tied to Pi Network, is even thinner — title only, no substance. So treat the entire framing here as marketing copy until proven otherwise.
Follow the incentives
Here's what I want every retail participant to internalize: an exchange-curated presale list is a recommendation from a counterparty. HTX profits when you trade these tokens post-listing. The list isn't "these are the six best projects in crypto" — it's "these are six projects we want liquidity in." Different thing entirely.
Before you allocate a single dollar, run your own checks on each name:
- Token allocation split. Who got the cheap rounds? Founders, VCs, advisors, treasury — get the percentages. If insider + VC allocation exceeds 30%, your upside is structurally capped.
- Vesting cliffs. When do those early bags unlock? A cliff under 6 months is a dump risk; anything above 18 months is at least survivable.
- FDV at TGE. Multiply circulating supply by listing price. If that number makes your eyes water compared to actual revenue or TVL projections, walk away.
- Audit report — read it, don't just check the badge. I don't care that "CertiK audited" is in the deck. I want to see what they flagged and whether the team addressed it.
- Contract ownership. Is the deployer wallet renounced? If not, one signature can rewrite your tax rate, your mint function, your blacklist. That's not decentralization, that's a hostage situation.
What I'm watching
The RWA and AI-narrative overlap is where the smartest money is rotating, but it's also where the slickest scams are being built. Nexchain and Mirex are two data points in a larger pattern — every cycle, exchanges package whatever narrative is pumping into "curated" presale baskets and retail treats curation as endorsement.
It isn't. Curation is liquidity hunting.
My move: sit on your hands until these projects publish full tokenomics docs, vesting schedules, and independent (not exchange-paid) audit summaries. If the team can't produce those before TGE, they're not ready, and neither are you. The presale won't fill itself — there's always another round, and FOMO is the most expensive fee you'll ever pay.
